How the Un-Cold Call Campaign Works

Setup. We work with you to develop collaterals and a contact list from your current database, LinkedIn connections, prospecting, etc.  You get a private web page to add or upload contacts.

Initial email.  The campaign sends an immediate, personalized, and networking-centric email to new campaign contacts that reminds him or her of your connection and asks how you can help. 


Campaign communications.  The initial email is just the first in a series of messages that are sent over a week or two.  The messages are brief, informal, and personal.  They introduce you, share a capability or example of how you can help, point him to valuable content, provide a networking or product offer, and request a time to talk to get to know him better or suggest a date that you'll be calling.  The Campaign includes text messages to convey a sense of importance and a voice mail for a personal touch.
